Goodwill Find: Football Inserts and Oddballs
I don't collect this stuff, so (nearly) everything must go!
About a month back, I teased on Twitter that I had picked up some football cards at Goodwill for just the cost of a regular binder. I don't really collect NFL cards, so the majority of this stuff I hope to put in other people's hands. There was a whole binder full of inserts, oddballs and parallels from around 1990-95, most of which I hadn't seen before.
I'll likely be hanging on to the Eagles stuff, and Oregon players (Chris Miller, basically), but everything else is up for grabs. I took a ton of (sideways, sorry!) photos with my phone of the album if you want to dig deeper.

Since you are looking to trade them, I see a few things of interest: I think it's the second page, the one with the Pro Set Jim Thorpe, I'd be interested in all of the Pro Set on that page (as well as any Santa cards). I could go for the couple of Pacific Prism's in there... and the Chris Carter Gold Rush too.
ReplyDeleteSince these cards are pre-Carolina Panthers, there isn't much I see but there are a few things: NFL Super Pro, Rodney Peete Domino's issue Reggie White Collector's Choice, Sam Mills Score Gold Rush, Rodney Peete Score Gridiron Stars and the Sam Mills card on the very last page. I'll gladly find some Cardinals or Trailblazers for you in exchange for them.
ReplyDeleteI would be interested in any Steelers and Jerome Bettis cards. I am sure that I can come up with some cards in your various collections to trade you.
ReplyDeleteHaven't traded football in years... but a few years ago there were collectors really into collecting those Wild Card stripe parallels. I bet if you posted them on trading forums someone would be willing to take them off your hands
ReplyDeleteI might need some of the Redskins and other stuff for sets. I'll check 'em out this week...
ReplyDeleteI tweeted this and finally figured out how to post on here by going onto my computer instead of phone, but defintely any NY Giants and any and all of the 1994 and 1995 inserts and parallels. I love collectin football cards and this is my favorite year range from 94-99 for inserts and parallels. So very interested.
