Redemption Help

I'm looking for a little help here and I thought I'd turn to the experts. Erin pulled a Jeff Clement redemption out of Stadium Club and submitted it to the Topps website about 9 months ago. Personally, I haven't dealt with a redemption since I pulled a Shaquille O'Neal Upper Deck rookie redemption when I was in high school. However, I've read plenty of stories about it taking forever and a day and seeing that people ended up with something other than what they were attempting to redeem for (which may not be entirely bad in this case.)

So, here are my questions:

How much longer should we expect this process to take (at least before giving up hope)?

And how does one go about contacting Topps to find out what is going on?

(Also worth pointing out: Come on, Topps, that's a 2008 series 2 banner! Your website is frozen in time like the Target in the mall that has the card shows around here.)

  1. word. I have 5 redemptions from Topps flagship that show they have shipped but I got NADA.

Now on the other hand I had a redemption from UD Sweet Spots and had it to me in less than two weeks. Hmm...

  3. I am waiting for this same exact card. As a Mariner fan I'm a Jeff Clement collector but now that he's a Pirate I can't imagine he is too excited about signing cards with him as a Mariner.

  4. Kevin, I know. I am hoping to get something else.

"Substitutions of equal or greater value will be made if the insert is unavailable for any reason."

Greater value, please. And by greater value I mean a Cardinal. Thanks.

  5. Erin, at least they mentioned something about "greater value". I'm scared to see what "equal value" could turn out to be.
